Web redesign for Vila to improve communication with its users and increase the flexibility of editing content

The Challenge

VILA wanted more flexibility and to be able to communicate with its users in a different way than through its online store. Together with Novicell, VILA has built a separate content universe - VILA Moments - which complements the e-commerce solution with inspiring editorial content.

The different look of the content page helps differentiate the brand from other BESTSELLER brands, such as Vera moda and Jack and Jones, which have the same design on their e-commerce platform.

Digital design

VILA wanted to capture their special vision on the new content page. Although the design is simple and dazzling, there are still many details to explore. The goal was to offer elegant expression on both small and large screens.

Umbraco platform

The page is built on a flexible grid structure, banners and other parts of the content can be reused throughout the web. The intuitive user interface makes it easy for VILA to put together different types of content.

Interaction with other channels

VILA Moments has integrated product banners with seasonal products and, of course, it also links directly to the online store and customer club. The user can also be inspired by VILA's international Instagram feeds.

Results

ILA Moments has raised the brand's profile and has built an entire universe around its products, bringing the consumer closer.
