The Challenge

Creation of the new corporate website

The company with the most knowledge of steel containers intended to adapt the content of its website to each of its markets in a fully personalized way, offering a better user experience.

The Solution

The main challenge for Novicell was to align the company's business needs with those of its users through a platform that would manage the user experience. I needed to build a completely renovated page that could communicate differently to each customer segment, design an architecture with accurate information and generate a unique content experience for each user of the web.

Novicell previously met with THIELMANN in their offices to learn about the different product lines and industries, the different types of Buyer Persona and their Customer Journey.

To achieve the objectives that Thielmann had set for himself, we chose Sitecore CEM (Custom Experience Management) because it allows us to customize navigation and contextual elements for each user depending on how they interacted on our page, through the analysis of different data.

In turn, we represent the Customer Journey of customers by drawing it on a map to understand the possible needs of the consumer at each stage and increase sales.

Novicell organized a Workshop together with several managers from different THIELMANN departments to define in an agile and efficient way who their Buyer Persona. The company wanted to understand who it was communicating for in order to create its new website and define its content strategy.

We currently continue to work closely with Thielmann.
