Inbound marketing strategy to connect with customers

The Challenge

The IVF team conveys to us the need to increase their business in the digital world by taking advantage of their current database. They had a large number of contacts at an early stage of their sales flow and needed our help to reach these people, talk to them about their value proposition, advantages and services, and thus achieve conversion.

The Solution

We met with the IVF marketing, sales and medical team to identify all the points we wanted to work on, their sales capacity, possible pain points, what line of communication they wanted to follow and how we could help Novicell in this task.

To achieve this objective, we created an Inbound Marketing strategy. Initially, we conducted an audit of your database, after some ETL data processing, we implemented an account on Hubspot for IVF tailored to your needs. We defined a series of emails with different useful information for the user depending on the stage in which they were focusing on the content, according to the stage and structure of the emails to guide the user to the actions we wanted them to perform in each of them.

In addition, we activated a series of automations and workflows to clean the current database, based on user interactions in the last 6 months, in this way we could have reports of users who have a real interaction with the brand and make last calls to those who did not interact with it.

Results

Through a close dialogue and with an appropriate digital strategy, we achieve the following impact:

  • 56% Qualified Leads

In retrospect we have created a dashboard to measure the number of users and business potential at each stage of the pipeline. In this way, we can quickly analyze what phase we need to focus on and what actions we can take in each case.
