The Challenge

The organizers of the MWC needed to know at all times what was being said on the Internet and social networks to detect possible problems and to be able to manage them efficiently and as soon as possible.

The Solution

Novicell previously met with the organizers of the Mobile World Congress to find out which topics should be paid more attention to during the celebration of the event. Then we configured our monitoring tool (Talkwalker) to achieve our objectives and we began to collect and analyze the different results in real time. As potential problems were detected, they were quickly reported to those responsible for each area so that they could react immediately.
