The Challenge
As part of a global strategic project for the migration of websites to Sitecore, The Caregiver's Corner was the first website managed directly from the headquarters located in Barcelona.
Integrating into the global IT structure, led from Germany by an exceptionally professional technical team, has been one of the main technical challenges of the project. The degree of professionalism of the Novicell Cloud Architects, the deep knowledge of Sitecore, as well as providing a strategic vision at all times, has facilitated integration into these environments, achieving maximum alignment with the deployment pipelines defined by Hartmann.
As for the project itself, having a certain degree of uncertainty at the start of the project provided additional motivation for the project management team. A work based on agile methodologies, with biweekly Sprints. The great interaction between Grupo Hartmann and Novicell has made it possible to execute deliveries efficiently and neatly, adjusted to time and cost.
Results
The Caregiver's Corner portal has arrived at exceed the number of visits to the corporate website itself of Home during the month of its launch, in March 2021, becoming the second most viewed of all the Hartmann group websites. Our new challenge, to make it the most visited in the group.
