New international Novicell meeting in Denmark

This weekend the entire Novicell Spain team traveled to Sletten (Denmark) to participate in the annual meeting of all Novicell venues: The Kick-off. This edition has included sport, networking, nature, leisure and good gastronomic selection.

This year we kicked off the kick-off on Friday with a Competition-workshop for the development of gintonics, where attendees in groups competed to create the best gintonic: the winners were Birgit and Jaume, from Novicell Spain, with a gin with juniper, ginger, rosemary and rhubarb. They brought the trophy home. Congratulations!

Those who weren't interested in gintonics were introduced to the world of Bob (as they call it in Denmark); also known as Novuss (national sport in Latvia) or Koronna. This is a Game similar to billiards, but with some differences. The main difference is the support: a wooden board about 1 meter in size with small wooden chips: Quite a discovery.

On Saturday we started the day with a very constructive team meeting about our company philosophy and motivation. Later, the most adventurous members of the group (Antoine, Sergi, Clara and Haydn) went on a route in Mountain biking through the woods with colleagues from other locations. Others preferred to go do Running so as not to lose shape and burn the calories from the day before: the goal, to reach the Himmelbjerget viewpoint (literally, the mountain of heaven).

Those who didn't have as much energy or wanted to relax took an excursion to Lake Julsø, exchanging experiences and enjoying the nature of the place.

After eating some delicious pitas, Per Kirscher's kick-off talk took place, where we talked about the type of company we want to be, the results and news of each Novicell headquarters were presented and we gave our internal welcome to the colleagues of our new headquarters in Oslo. El The company's growth is becoming evident: we are more and more employees and every year we generate more business.

The afternoon remained very sporty for some, who did not leave the volleyball court, while the others enjoyed the area Chill-out.

Sunday was the time to pack up and say goodbye to an idyllic and sunny place (yes, in Denmark it's sunny even for an entire weekend). We return to Barcelona and Madrid tired after an intense weekend, but with a smile and with our batteries charged.
