Sector Alarm needed a digital agency specialized in Umbraco, capable of providing value at all stages of the digital process: from the definition and prioritization of objectives to the achievement of business goals.

In addition, they were looking for an agency with structured processes to manage their digital evolution in the 8 countries where they operate, as well as at its headquarters, ensuring compliance with estimates of scope, time and budget.

Solution

We design a comprehensive strategy to meet the need for Sector Alarm. We assigned a development team coordinated by a project manager, who centralized communication both with Sector Alarm's headquarters and with different countries. The actions implemented included:

Centralized management and definition of priorities:

  • We use a agile methodology with 2-week sprints to address and resolve issues that have a direct impact on the value of the platform.
  • The project manager worked closely with the Sector Alarm Product Owner (PO) to build, define and prioritize a backlog of tasks.

Optimization of the Design System:

  • We expanded the Design System to allow the reuse of existing components, through variations that adapt to marketing needs without requiring additional technical resources.
  • Have a Design System allows marketing teams to meet their needs autonomously, without depending on development teams, to achieve their daily objectives, such as creating landing pages, generating new web content and editing current ones.
  • This strategy reduced the time to market and the investment needed to implement changes.
