Implementation and strategy of email marketing campaigns

The Challenge

The family company Puig contacted Novicell so that we could develop an email marketing strategy with the objective of improving the results achieved in previous campaigns. Until now, they lacked an email marketing strategy.

Another of its objectives was the integration of a CRM to better know the users who subscribed to its Newsletter.

Currently, Novicell and Puig are developing email marketing campaigns together.

The Solution

Novicell previously met with Puig to learn what their needs were and how we could help them improve the results they had achieved so far through a new email marketing strategy.

The first thing we did was define some KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). In order to achieve the objectives we had set for this first year, the first thing we did was to homogenize the database based on the New Data Protection Act.

Another aspect that we suggested and carried out was to redesign the templates that we would use to send promotions for their perfumes, focusing more on usability and call-to-action.

To date, we have optimized Shakira, Antonio Banderas and Benetton's fragrance campaigns.

Novicell has had a close relationship with Puig since 2018. We are currently collaborating and optimizing email marketing campaigns for the Spanish multinational.

Results

  • Database analysis: More than 50 databases have been analyzed
  • Homogenization: Homogenization of 50 databases to a single one per brand with their respective parameters
  • Integration: Integration so that all new users reach a single database
