Novicell - Now in Oslo

In Novicell We just opened headquarters. After our success in Barcelona, London and Madrid, we are now opening in Oslo. With Norway, Novicell is now present in 4 European countries. In this way, not only are we closer to our Norwegian customers, but we are also opening up to an attractive growing market.

According to Per Kirchner, CEO of Novicell, the Norwegian expansion is also largely due to the possibility of associating the right profiles at the right time.
“We recently had the opportunity to deploy our business model in several European markets, so we are confident that the concept we operate in the market will work. For us, therefore, it has been more important who we expand to than where we expand to. Therefore, our main objective has been to find the right profiles in the Norwegian IT environment and the web environment.”, he assures.

Opportunity for growth

They will be the expert digital consultants Lars Skybakmoen and Thomas Gabriel Andersen who will ensure the basis for the success that Novicell wants to create in Norway. And if the expansion occurs, as Per Kirchner expects, there will soon be more staff in the Oslo office.

“We don't have a goal of having 10 or 20 employees in Norway in a year or two. We follow the principle that we only hire when we have the tasks. The Oslo office has been in the market right from the start with all the competencies of the Danish team but, as in the other countries, the strategy is that we are going to build the national department both in web design and development, as well as in the digital and marketing strategy”, says Per Kirchner.

The Norwegian market

According to Lars Skybakmoen, director of Novicell in Oslo, Novicell comes with its focus focused on digital business creation to be strong in the Norwegian market.

The expansion in Norway is taking place in the long term, as we have hired Toke Lund as director of international e-commerce. It will also help ensure synergies between countries in relation to Novicell's product concepts, sales and marketing.

With the expansion in Norway, Novicell has 215 employees in four countries.
