Soraya is our expert “headhunter” and responsible for the operations area at Novicell, in addition to organizing the best afterwork (she's always ready for a good party).

She began her career in a hospitality company and, from the outset, she was fascinated by everything that happened behind the management of people and the business. That's when he decided to study ADE, which fueled his entrepreneurial spirit to the point of opening his own business.

Although its roots lie in the heart of El Raval in Barcelona, it prefers to define itself as Mediterranean because of everything it implies: its history, the golden color of the sun, the culinary richness and the mixture of cultures that enrich its vision of the world.

The love for rock, gastronomy and the sea has always been present in his life. In her spare time, you'll find her walking with her dogs, Koda and Bobby, eating, dancing or submerged in the pages of a good novel.
